Colton's Steak House & Grills Menu ItemColton’s Steak House & Grill was founded in 1996 by a group of restaurateurs and entrepreneurs. They gathered together their entire experience of more than sixty years in real estate and successful restaurants to develop this business. After the business concept was completed, the founders formed what would eventually become Colton’s Restaurant Group Inc. (CRG), the franchisor of the restaurant. So, the first Colton’s Steak House location was opened in Conway, Arkansas in August 1996.

In a short time, a second restaurant was opened in Searcy, Arkansas. When the sixth Colton’s Steak House location was opened, a new corporate operating partner joined the business: Hand Cut Steaks, Inc. (HCS).

Currently, there are 37 Colton’s in several US states, including Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Mississippi. All Colton’s Steak House & Grill restaurants operate as franchises.

Our review

Colton’s Steak House & Grill restaurants are designed to accommodate every type of group, from simple dinners for a couple to large family visits.

The chefs want you to believe that the food from here is the best you ever tasted, so it is always served fresh. Moreover, in case you believe it could be cooked better, you can send it back and the chef will redo your order. Customer satisfaction is a must for this steakhouse.

One of the customers’ favorites and the most recommended is the sirloin. Also, the blooming onion is very appreciated because it is fried to perfection. Though, the menu also includes seafood, soups, salads, and desserts.

Plan on spending anywhere between $11 and $20 for their sirloin, depending on the ordered size, and around $6 for the onion tanglers. Burgers and sandwiches are priced at $11 to $12, while the pasta, salad, and soups meals cost anywhere between $9 and $18. Steak dinners are the most expensive, with prices that range from $13 to $28.

Be prepared to wait 15 to 20 minutes for your order on a non-busy night. Though, it depends on the location and on how many clients are inside. But you will always be treated like a family member by the staff and they will bring your food to the table with a smiling face.
