Brand history

Salad and Go business was founded by Roushan Christofellis in 2016 and the first restaurant was located in Gilbert, Arizona. In one year since its opening Salad and Go was already operating seven stores in Arizona.

In order to keep the costs down the Salad and Go company kept and still keeps the average store size as small as possible. Also, the salad restaurant chain operates two distribution centers, one in Texas and one in Arizona, that take delivery of produce from local farmers.

For a wrap such as Build Your Own Wrap, Jalapeno Ranch Wrap, Greek Wrap, Cobb Wrap, Classic Caesar Wrap, Caprese Wrap, Buffalo Chicken Wrap, BBQ Ranch Wrap, Thai Wrap, or Roasted Autumn Wrap you will have to pay $6.24. Also, for a Chicken Pot Pie Soup, you will have to get $3.99 out of your pocket.

The kids’ menu includes the Kid Protein Box which costs $4.99 and the Kids’ Salad which is priced at $3.99.

Lemonades and teas cost $1.49 each and include Traditional Lemonade, Frozen Strawberry Lemonade, Pink Lemonade, Cucumber Mint Lemonade, Mango Green Tea, Black Tea, Cucumber Mint Arnold Palmer, Lemonade Arnold Palmer, Cold Brew Coffee, and Pink Lemonade Arnold Palmer. Water is free of charge.
