Brand History

Dick’s Last Resort was founded in 1985 by Dick Chase. The first “fine dining” restaurant was opened in Dallas, Texas. The business turned out to be a complete failure and resulted in bankruptcy, but Dick was not discouraged and decided to change the “fine-dining” to “sloppy”.
