Welcome to ThePricer.org, operated by ThePricer Media, LLC. In these Terms, “ThePricer,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to ThePricer Media, LLC and the website it operates.

By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, Editorial Ethics & Standards and other policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2) About Our Content

ThePricer publishes articles, price guides, calculations, comparisons, interactive tools and other material for informational, educational and editorial purposes.

We research cost ranges using multiple sources and pricing perspectives that may include official rates, provider and retailer prices, public records, contracts, procurement documents, vendor quotations, industry data, reader-submitted evidence and other documented information.

Errors may be reported through our Corrections Policy or contact page.

3) Prices, Availability and Assumptions

• Prices vary. Actual costs may differ according to location, provider, seller, product quality, service scope, timing, taxes, fees, insurance, promotions, availability and individual circumstances.
• Prices change. A figure that was accurate when researched may later change. We do not guarantee that any price, offer, product, service or provider remains available.
• Ranges are estimates. Published ranges summarize the evidence available for a defined product, service, project or unit. They are not binding quotations or guarantees.
• Scope matters. Readers are responsible for reviewing what a price includes or excludes and obtaining a current quotation before making a purchase or financial decision.
• Taxes and additional charges. Taxes, permits, delivery, insurance adjustments, financing costs, optional upgrades and other charges may be excluded unless expressly stated.
• Working-time estimates. When ThePricer converts a cost into working time, the result is based on the hourly wage displayed by the tool or entered by the reader.

ThePricer is supported through display advertising. Advertising is operated separately from editorial work and does not determine which subjects we cover, which sources we use or what conclusions we publish.

7) Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, graphics, branding, logos, layouts, compilations, databases, calculations and other material published on the site are owned by ThePricer Media, LLC or used under license and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

You may link to public pages and quote brief excerpts for reporting, commentary, criticism, research or educational purposes, provided that ThePricer is clearly identified and the original page is linked where reasonably practical.

Republishing full articles, reproducing substantial portions of the site, creating substitute databases, removing attribution or commercially redistributing our original material requires prior written permission unless the use is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ThePricer Media, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, editors and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or related to the site, its content or your reliance on it.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities or anticipated savings, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for claims arising from or relating to the site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid directly to ThePricer Media, LLC for the service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14) Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ThePricer Media, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and contributors from claims, liabilities, losses, damages and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, your material violation of these Terms, material you submit or your infringement of another party’s rights.

15) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16) Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

A failure by ThePricer to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive that provision or our right to enforce it later.

17) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and ThePricer Media, LLC concerning your use of the site and supersede prior discussions or understandings concerning that use.

18) Changes to These Terms
