Brand History
Jet’s Pizza restaurant was founded in 1978 by Eugen Jetts and his brother John in Sterling Heights, Michigan. They signed a lease on a location, a vacant party store, which was converted into a restaurant.

Jet’s Pizza restaurant is well known for its square deep-dish Detroit-style pizza, which includes the 8-corner pizza. The company has trademarked this pizza. The square pizzas were a novelty in the region when the restaurant was first opened. The original recipe was not changed since 1978 and it came from Jett’s mother.
