The Robeks business was founded in 1996 by the former investment banker David Robertson. He opened the first smoothie shop in the Westchester neighborhood of Los Angeles, just north of LAX, California and by now the chain grew to more than eighty stores that are located all over the country. Robeks introduced a new menu in 2017, and one year later, in 2018 they launched their new Online Ordering program. This allows the clients to place orders from the comfort of their home or office, from their mobile or desktop devices. In the summer of the same year, Robesk introduced in its menu three floral-infused lemonades as Lavender, Hibiscus, and Rose.

If you want to replace a satisfying meal, then the spinach-infused and protein-rich options from Robeks are a must-try. However, the acai bowls tend to be the most ordered items on the menu due to their large size.

You should plan on spending around $7 for a Robeks bowl and $4 for a quick shot such as a Ginger/Lemon Shot, Lemon/Acai Shot, or Wheat Grass Shot. The coffee is priced from $4.50 to $6.50, depending on the ordered size. Also, the price of the Greek yogurt depends on its size. The classic smoothie flavors include Malibu Beach, Pina Koolada, Polar Pineapple, Raspberry Romance, Infinite Orange, Beery Brilliance, South Pacific Breeze, and Big Wednesday.

Also, they offer some smoothies especially made for kids, such as Mini Mango, Strawberry Sipper, and PB&J Delight. For one of these, you will have to pay around $4.

Some of the Robeks locations are grab-and-go shops and offer only a few seating options in case you want to finish your bowl or smoothie in the store. Usually, the staff is friendly and prepares your order as fast as possible, but this may vary from one location to another, especially during the busiest times of the day.
