Brand history

Pickleman’s Gourmet Café was founded by Dough Stritzel in October 2005, in Columbia, Missouri, with the aim to create another type of dining environment. This restaurant sets itself apart from its competitors through its ability to serve larger groups of people. Besides having a physical eatery, they also offer catering and delivery services, making it a great food spot for college students.

Currently, there are more than 25 Pickleman’s Gourmet Café locations across the United States of America, and there are further expansion plans. Four of these are in Columbia, Missouri; one in Fayetteville, Arkansas; one in Springfield, Missouri; one in Norman, Oklahoma; six in Saint Louis, Missouri; four in Omaha, Nebraska; one in Lincoln, Nebraska; six in Kansas City, and one in Lawrence, Kansas.
