How Much Does the Mesa Verde Country Club Cost?
Like with most other country clubs, the costs of Mesa Verde Country Club membership will depend on the type of membership you choose. For example, the Full Golf Equity Membership has an initiation fee of approximately $60,000. Besides this fee, members have to pay dues which would be anywhere between $300 and $350 per month.
According to the Golf Navigators website, the initiation fee for the Mesa Verde Country Club is anywhere between $50,001 and $75,000, while the dues would be anywhere between $10,001 and $15,000 per year.
When the club was first opened, the membership had a fee of $90 per year, according to the costamesahistory.org website. Also, the green fees were $1.50 on weekdays and $3 on holidays, Saturday and Sunday. Guests had to pay between $2 and $4, as well.

Full Golf Equity Membership
This type of membership offers privileges like full access to the golf course, clubhouse services, tennis courts, and the swimming pool. According to the LA times, as a Full Golf Equity member, you will have property rights. Also, this membership option is extended to the primary member, spouse, and their dependents.

The Mesa Verde Country Club was founded in 1959 and was rebuilt/restored later in 2003.
