The Mesa Verde Country Club is a member-owned club which is located in Costa Mesa, California and was founded in 1959. This club prides itself on the quality of its venues, cuisine, and services. How Much Does the Mesa Verde Country Club Membership Cost?

Like with most other country clubs, the costs of Mesa Verde Country Club membership will depend on the type of membership you choose. For example, the Full Golf Equity Membership has an initiation fee of approximately $60,000. Aside from this fee, members have to pay monthly dues which would be anywhere between $300 and $350.

Golf Navigators website, the initiation fee for the Mesa Verde CC is anywhere between $50,001 and $75,000, while the dues would be anywhere between $10,001 and $15,000 per year.

When the club was first opened, the membership had a fee of $90 per year, according to the costamesahistory.org website. Also, the green prices were $1.50 on weekdays and $3 on holidays, Saturday and Sunday. Guests had to pay between $2 and $4, as well.

According to the club, all memberships are available by invitation only.

Social Tennis Membership

With this type of membership, social members will not have access to the golf course, but you will have full access to the clubhouse services, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Also, this membership option is extended to the primary member, spouse, and dependents.

Junior Golf Membership

If you are younger than 40 years old, the Junior Golf Membership is for you. With this membership, you will have access to the clubhouse services, golf courses, swimming pool, and tennis courts.

Full Golf Equity Membership

This type of membership offers privileges like full access to the golf course, clubhouse services, tennis courts, fitness center, and swimming pool. According to the LA Times, as a Full Golf Equity member, you will have property rights. Also, this membership option is extended to the primary member, spouse, and dependents.

Mesa Verde Golf Club Amenities

The Mesa Verde Country Club was founded in 1959 and was rebuilt/restored later in 2003.

Some of the amenities offered by the Mesa Verde Country Club include the conference rooms, the William F. Bell 18-hole golf course, a banquet hall, ten Plexi-paved tennis courts (six are lighted), a café, a pool complex, three dining rooms, locker rooms, a card room, and fully stocked pro shop.

Mesa Verde Country Club offers a range of services for its members such as birthday parties, bartender services, visual/audio services, conferences/meetings, private parties, ceremonies, corporate events, fundraising events, catering services, non-profit events, and social events.

Several social events are organized, where the members can meet, socialize and make new friends. Besides the social activities, the Club offers formal gourmet dinners, wine tastings, themed parties, and weekly casual dinners.

The Mesa Verde Golf Club is family-friendly, with many special events and programs specially designed for younger members all year round. Families can enjoy various games at Kids Night Out, prepare tasty meals at the kids’ cooking events, or spend quality time at one of the evenings of crafts. Summer Camps are organized every year and may include various activities such as golf programs, swimming lessons, crafts, arts, and other sports.

What are the additional expenses?

Expect to pay an additional fee for the group/private junior programs, lessons, tournaments, outings, clinics, and camps, all of which are offered for tennis, golf, and swimming.

You also need to take into consideration the green fees, which would be anywhere between $75 and $95.
