Peter Piper Pizza was founded by Anthony “Tony” Cavolo. He opened his first restaurant in 1973, in Glendale, Arizona. Nowadays there are more than 140 locations in the United States and Mexico.

Peter Piper Pizza bought its hometown concurrent Pistol Pete’s Pizza in 1995. Peter Piper Inc. was independent until 1992 when it was purchased by The Venture West Group. In 2007, the restaurant chain was sold again to ACON Investments.

In general, Peter Piper Pizza restaurants are divided into two sections: an arcade games area specially designed for children and a family dining zone. The restaurants are large enough to accommodate parties with many guests, so don’t be surprised to see some big tables as well.

Obviously, Peter Piper Pizza’s strong menu item is pizza. Their standard handcrafted crusts are customers’ favorites. Not only pizza is very appreciated, but also the pasta dishes and the wings.

Be prepared to spend anywhere between $8 and $22 for a pizza, depending on the type and size. You have the option to build your own pizza or you can choose between the Chicago Classic, the California Veggie, the New York 3 Cheese, the Werx, the 5 Meat Supreme, or the Hearty Hawaiian.
